Personal Data in the Ordering Process

We collect the personal data which you provide to us when placing your order or contacting us (e.g. through the contact form or by e-mail). Required fields are identified as such since, in those cases, we need this data in order to process the order or handle the contact: you will be unable to place the order or contact us without providing this information. The data we collect is evident from the individual entry forms. We use the data you provide to process orders and handle your inquiries. Once the order is fully processed, further processing of your data will be restricted and your data will be deleted upon expiration of any applicable recordkeeping periods in tax and commercial law unless you expressly consent to further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to further use of the data, provided such use is permitted by law and provided we notify you of this use in this policy.

Communication of Data for Performance of Contracts

In order to perform our contract with you, we will provide your data to the shipping company which was engaged to perform the delivery insofar as such is necessary for delivery of the ordered merchandise. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will provide the payment information necessary to process the payments to the credit institution which is engaged to process the payment and the payment service provider we engage, if applicable, or to the selected payment service provider. In some cases, the selected payment service providers will collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, you will be required to log on to your account with the payment service provider during the ordering process using your access data. The payment service provider's data privacy policy applies in this case.
