Revocation Instructions for Hazardous Materials

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this agreement within fourteen days without citing grounds.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party you name, who is not a carrier, takes possession of the merchandise.

To exercise your right of revocation, you are required to notify us (BMZ Batterien-Montage-Zentrum GmbH, Zeche Gustav 1, 63791 Karlstein, Phone: 06188 9956-9830,  Fax: 06188 9956-699,  E-mail: cs.bigpack@bmz-group.com) of your decision to revoke this agreement by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, although you are not required to do so. 
You may complete and send in the sample revocation form or another clear declaration. If you exercise this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by e-mail) that we have received such revocation. For observance of the revocation period, it is sufficient for the notice that you will be exercising your right of revocation to be sent prior to expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we will be required to refund all payments we received from you, including delivery fees (with the exception of additional costs which accrued because you selected a form of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery option), without delay, within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification as to your revocation of this agreement. These amounts will be refunded using the same means of payment which you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We will pick up the merchandise. You are responsible for the direct cost of shipping back merchandise in the amount of EUR 75.00. You are only responsible for any loss in the merchandise's value if this loss in value is attributable to handling on your part which was not necessary to verify the quality, properties and functioning of the merchandise.

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this agreement within fourteen days without citing grounds.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the final partial shipment or the last article.
To exercise your right of revocation, you are required to notify us (BMZ Batterien-Montage-Zentrum GmbH, Zeche Gustav 1, 63791 Karlstein, Phone: 06188 9956-9830,  Fax: 06188 9956-699,  E-mail: cs.bigpack@bmz-group.com) of your decision to revoke this agreement by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). You are required to return or hand over the merchandise to us or to Central Service/BMZ Batterien-Montage-Zentrum GmbH, Am Sportplatz 15-17, 63791 Karlstein, without delay, within fourteen days of the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this agreement. The period is observed if you ship the merchandise prior to expiration of the fourteen-day period. You are responsible the direct cost of returning the merchandise. You are only responsible for any loss in the merchandise's value if this loss in value is attributable to handling on your part which was not necessary to verify the quality, properties and functioning of the merchandise.
